Services and Prayer
We know it's not easy visiting a new church for the first time, and for some it can be a very nerving experience. So we have put a leaflet together to help visitors feel at home and to explain some of things that will happen on a typical Sunday morning. View the MMBC - The INSIDERS GUIDE! here [PDF format].
The first Sunday service of each month has a completely different feel. Entitled 'Options', we can
choose from a variety of activities: there will be the normal sermon/Bible study, but we also
provide opportunities for people to fill in some of the gaps in their Christian knowledge by offering overviews
of the Old and New Testaments, some teaching on church history, theology etc, along with an opportunity to engage
in a creative activity. Come along and find out more.

The children, meanwhile, can enjoy an active and creative morning of their own. Come long to 'First' and enjoy games,
music, puppets, activities and much much more! Come down and enjoy the fun.

All our Sunday morning services begin at 10.00 am and finish at 11.30 am. We meet for prayer each Sunday at 9.40 am before the service. Our minister, Rev Nick Ashton, is taking a Sabaticle up to Easter and so local speakers will be taking our services for the next few months. Our Sunday service schedule for June and July 2008 is:
